How to use your breast pump

1. Sterilise the pump in steam or boiling water for 2-3 minutes
2. Place the "suction cup opening" on the breast, with the nipple centred in the middle
3. Lightly press the pump to create a suction effect. You may need to adjust the position of the pump slightly to ensure that it is secure and comfortable.
4. Once the milk is flowing, you don't need to do anything else. Just let the pump do its job!
5. When the pump is full, empty the milk into another container and return it to the pump
